My fascination with the sky began long before I ever picked up a camera. For much of my childhood, my dream was to become an Alaskan bush pilot and spend my life flying through the wild, open spaces of the Last Frontier.

In 2020, I got my first DJI drone, which opened up a new way to explore and capture the beauty of the Keweenaw and beyond. After dedicating time to study, I earned my FAA Part 107 certification. Now, I navigate the skies and capture the stunning landscapes of the Upper Peninsula, which, in many ways, feels like its own Last Frontier.

My newest dream is to continue my FAA education, study for my private pilot’s license, and eventually become a Keweenaw seaplane pilot. You know, fulfill those childhood dreams and heal your inner child.
